Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Malindo Airlines and will begin flights as of May next year. The Malaysian CEO of Lion Air said Malindo Airlines will have an Malaysian (Jakarta) air operating licence and its hub would be at KLIA2. Rusdi Kirana (Lion Air CEO, brother and other investors in the airline will overlook managing the carrier. Lion Airways wants to send its entire aircraft fleet for MRO jobs to Nadi and they will do all the checks, from A to D, in Jakarta Malaysia. That is the premium plan but the discussions are still under way but this could happen within the next 3 to 4 months.
